gute Leistung
Ich habe den Mulcher nun seit etwa ein halben Jahr. Ich habe mehrere Teiche zu bewirtschaften mit teils schmalen Wegen. Der Mulcher hat ausreichend Leistung um auch die Teichränder zu pflegen und die Arbeitsbreite ist...
Our flail mower HSM-60 easily tackles high grass and dense undergrowth. Thanks to the Y-type blades mounted on swivel bearings, this mulcher is ideal for high, thick grass and undergrowth. In the process, the material is finely shredded and at the same time, distributed evenly across the entire cutting width. The drive wheels installed with a powerful profile for fields, provide for ideal traction on soft ground.
The powerful and reliable petrol engine with 8 HP has sufficient power. The steering bar, which is height adjustable without requiring tools, can be very easily adjusted in height and laterally without any complications and ensures fatigue-free work.
Thanks to the mower and traction drive, which can be operated separately, and the specifically tuned gear mechanism, it is possible to adapt the speed to the given conditions, without reducing the quality of mowing. The mono-wheel coupling (differential) simplifies steering and therefore, enables a greater manoeuvrability of the machine.
The hatch on the front of the mower deck automatically opens in the case of higher shrubbery and undergrowth and can also be opened manually for the purpose of servicing, etc. This of course also simplifies the replacement of the Y-type blades.

Note:
The machine is delivered with sturdy packaging in a steel frame. You should allow approx. 1-2 hours for final assembly. Delivery includes a German instruction manual as well as an exploded assembly drawing. Assembly is normally not difficult. However, in the event that you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to call us. The air filter used on this engine is oil-soaked to prevent dirt from getting inside. Therefore, add some engine oil (10W40) to the plastic housing before first use. Check and clean after a certain period of operation.

Nach dem Auspacken fällt als Erstes auf, das der Mulcher sehr stabil verbaut ist! Mit ein paar Handgriffen endmontiert und los geht es! Jetzt war noch unklar ob der Motor noch mit Öl aufgefüllt werden muss oder nicht. Es hat nur ein wenig Öl gefehlt. Vorab sei mir gestattet festzustellen das mulchen, egal mit welchem Gerät keinen Spaß macht, es ist harte körperliche Arbeit. Der Jansen-Mulcher ist aber GANZ GENAU auf meine Bedürfnisse abgestimmt, besser geht es wirklich nicht! Ich habe Wald, Wiesen und Gartenflächen die ich bearbeite, der Mulcher zieht durch und ist trotzdem immer noch sehr handlich. Ich habe schon mit deutlich größeren Modellen gearbeitet, das mehr an Leistung wird durch Unhandlichkeit wettgemacht! Ich hatte wirklich bedenken ob die Motorleistung ausreicht, sie ist mehr als ausreichend. Anfänglich gab es etwas Schwierigkeiten mit einer kleinen Feder, ein Anruf bei Jansen, neue Feder, Problem gelöst! Preis-Leistung Top!! Kundenservice=Jansen! Gerne wieder! Vielleicht sollte Jansen noch zu jedem Gerät eine passende Abdeckplane anbieten als Wetterschutz.

Das Gerät mulcht problemlos und ohne Leistungsproblemen auch grössere Grundstücke/ dichtes Gestrüpp im Dauereinsatz. Insgesamt ist die Verarbeitung gut. Bis auf den Lenker, den für mein Geschmack zu viel Spiel hat und somit ein wenig „wackelig“ ist, scheint das Gerät sehr robust zu sein. Auch werden jegliche Fragen vom Kundendienst der Firma Jansen sehr schnell beantwortet, was sehr lobenswert ist! Kann also guten Gewissens sowohl das Gerät als auch die Firma Jansen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
